The implementation of the opensource Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in the Department of Education Division of Northern Samar is driven by the Schools Division Superintendent through the Information and Communication Technology Services Unit (ICTS). This innovation initiative aims to enhance efficiency, facilitate effective workforce planning, ensure compliance, foster employee development, and generate valuable insights for decision-making. By streamlining HR processes and improving data management, the HRIS aligns with the delivery of the Quality Management System, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the division’s human resource management.
